Gupta Media needed help launching a recruitment campaign for new associate-level hires for their Medley:Onramp program. The campaign was launched to create awareness about Gupta Media and why recent graduates should feel compelled to apply to their Media Coordinator role.

The Challenge

Many recent graduates who are qualified for Gupta Media’s Media Coordinator role don’t apply because their majors aren’t related to marketing/advertising, or they apply to jobs in finance or business specific fields. The goal of this campaign was to make those entering the work force that they are in fact qualified…

If you don’t fit in a box, you’ll fit in perfectly

We created a campaign targeting college seniors and recent grads who know their worth and are ready to take on the workplace. Although we wanted as many applicants as possible, we also wanted to make sure candidates were aware of what the role entailed, whether they would be a good fit, and whether they should apply. We created a detailed landing page that potential candidates could refer back to for information about the Medley program and the Media Coordinator role.
